The short version
We will never use cookies to track you. We set no tracking or advertising cookies, store nothing in your browser on public pages, and load no trackers, analytics or third-party fonts. Every deploy is checked for it. The one cookie on this site is a security cookie on the protected area only; see Cookies below.
One exception, on the access request form only: a spam filter, Cloudflare Turnstile, loads from Cloudflare to tell people from bots (section 05).
We collect only what you send through that form, use it to respond, keep it 12 months, and never sell or share it.
Cookies
We set no tracking or advertising cookies. The public pages set no cookies at all.
The protected area, for signed-in users only, sets one security cookie. Its only job is to show that you are signed in, so your sign-in can be checked on each request. It does not track you or follow you to other sites. Signing out ends your sign-in.
Anodyne sets no cookie of its own and uses no browser storage.
Who we are
Anodyne is a wholly owned subsidiary of Caerus Alpha, a Delaware corporation. Questions and requests: privacy@anodyne.app.
What we collect
When you request access: your work email, and, if you give them, your name, your organization, your role, a short description of your first use case and whether you want occasional updates. Please do not include confidential or personal information about others in the use case. We add the time, the country your request came from (from our network provider), whether your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal, and the version of this notice. We do not store your IP address.
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes network data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
To respond to your request and to follow up about it. We send occasional updates only if you tick the box for them, and every email we send tells you how to stop further contact.
This site does not use AI to make decisions about you, and you are not interacting with an AI system when you use it.
Spam protection
The access request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam filter, to check that a person is submitting it. When the form loads, Turnstile runs from Cloudflare's own domain and processes signals such as your IP address and browser and device characteristics, only to tell people from bots. It does not use tracking cookies and is not used for advertising. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this check; its Turnstile privacy addendum has the details.
Turnstile loads only on the home page's form, never on this notice.
Who sees it
Our team, and the service providers that run the site, store requests and carry our email (Cloudflare, and our email provider), only to provide their service to us. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
How long we keep it
12 months from your request, then it is deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, give you a copy, or stop using it. California, Texas and other US state residents have these rights by law, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them; residents of the EU, UK and EEA also have the right to object and to complain to their data protection authority.
Email privacy@anodyne.app. We confirm your request and answer within 30 days. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our answer; we decide appeals within 60 days and tell you how to contact your attorney general if you disagree.
Global Privacy Control
We honor GPC. Because we neither sell nor share personal information and use no tracking cookies, there is nothing further to opt out of; if your browser sends the signal, we record it with your request as an opt-out.
Where it is processed
In the United States, by us and our providers, under the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.
Children
This site is for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
We will update this notice and its date when our practices change. Effective 2026-10-15.
